I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2018 but was informed by Adobe that the software was not genuine. I contacted Digital Loot the same day by both email and phone. The chap who answered the phone said he would look into it and issue a refund if necessary. That was the last I heard from them despite repeated emails thereafter. Most unprofessional service and my money is gone.
