Shipping policy

Physical products

We deliver nationwide across South Africa by courier.

  • Delivery time: typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Outlying/remote areas may take longer.
  • Processing: in-stock orders are dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
  • Shipping cost: calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/ weight of the order. Selected products ship free of charge where this is indicated on the product listing.
  • Tracking: a tracking number is emailed once your order ships; please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to go live.
  • Ships from: Johannesburg.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email hello@digitalloot.co.za with your name and order number and we'll follow up with the courier.

Digital products

Digital products — software licences, game keys, activation codes and downloads — are delivered electronically by email to the address on your order, or made available in your account, with no shipping charge. Delivery is usually immediate to within a few minutes of payment confirmation, though it may occasionally take longer if an order is held for a routine fraud or payment check.

If your key or download link hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam/junk folder first, then email hello@digitalloot.co.za with your order number and we'll resend it. Returns and refunds for digital products are covered in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.
