Shipping policy

For digital / electronically delivered items, delivery will generally take place within 2 hours of confirmation of payment. For any physical packages, delivery will take place via courier within 3 - 7 working days of purchase.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Free local delivery is available for orders over R500 within a 50km radius of Sandton, JHB. For orders under R500, we charge R50 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 08:00-17:00 on Mon - Fri. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@digitalloot.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
